Capitalization Table Management

Our team works with your lawyers to fully understand and support all documentation that builds a company’s capitalization table. We can either manage and maintain, or train your team to manage and maintain your business' employee documentation (both Incentive Stock Option and Non-Qualified Stock Option - ISO / NSO) for companies that have new employees, those transitioning out of the company, and topping up existing staff. We have worked with founders and executives to do equity incentive planning and analyze the accretive and dilutive activities that a particular initiative will take. Finally we can automate all capitalization reporting and signature work.
